We specialize in Private Investments in Public Equity (PIPEs) as a method of raising capital for our client companies. These offerings typically take half as long as a public offering, allowing our clients to put the proceeds to use more quickly to fuel their growth. Available only to “accredited investors”, we believe PIPEs are an attractive alternative to public offerings for growing companies. Private Placement

An alternative to raising debt and/or equity capital in the public markets is a private placement to a select group of accredited investors.
